You will coordinate care, document changes in resident health conditions, and ensure compliance with established healthcare standards. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead coordination of nursing services for residents

• Report on resident care status during shifts

• Maintain accurate health records and documents

• Facilitate prompt processing of physician orders

• Support a safe, ethical care environment

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing necessary

• Relevant experience in geriatric or long-term care settings

• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards

• Registration with provincial nursing body in good standing

• Commitment to promoting resident health and well-being
