Be at the forefront of renal healthcare at Waterloo Regional Health Network as a Primary Care Nurse Practitioner. This full-time role prioritizes patient autonomy through dialysis education and care management.
As part of the renal health care team, you will coordinate comprehensive services and mentor healthcare staff in dialysis techniques. Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee patient care plans for renal conditions
• Lead independent dialysis education and support
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and health reviews

Requirements:
• Completion of a Master’s NP program with nephrology experience
• BCLS certification and active RN (EC) status
• Demonstrated leadership and critical thinking skills
• Effective communication and teaching experience
