Join our team as an Unscheduled Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) at The Village of Winston Park. This part-time role involves flexible shifts that may include days, nights, and weekends based on staffing needs. Your responsibilities will include administering medication, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring the well-being of residents.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver safe medication administration with attention to detail
• Follow care plans and report changes in resident status
• Advocate for resident participation in care decisions
• Collaborate weekly with the Neighbourhood Physician
• Maintain accurate communication and documentation
Requirements:
• Current registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario
• Heart Saver CPR certification
• Experience with dementia care is an asset
• Strong time management and prioritization skills
• Knowledge of relevant health legislations and policies
