In this role, you will lead nursing services, assess complex health situations, and collaborate with a dedicated medical team. Your leadership will foster education, compliance, and person-centred practices, ensuring every resident receives optimal care tailored to their needs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide autonomous health assessments and treatment plans
• Collaborate with medical staff on care advancements
• Facilitate education and support for clinical teams
• Supervise nursing staff and ensure adherence to protocols
• Participate in residents’ health planning and evaluation
Requirements:
• Current RN registration and Baccalaureate in Nursing
• Background in primary health care or gerontology
• Ontario Nurse Practitioner Certification required
• Active membership in nursing associations
• Strong human relations and conflict resolution skills
