Part-Time RPN Role at The Village

The Village ir is looking for a part-time Registered Practical Nurse to provide exceptional care in long-term care. Candidates must show passion for resident wellness and teamwork.

As a Registered Practical Nurse at The Village ir, you will be an integral member of a compassionate health care team. This role involves adhering to the College of Nurses’ standards, delivering safe medication administration and actively participating in residents' care decisions. You will collaborate with other professionals to ensure each resident's needs are met effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate within the standards of the College of Nurses

• Provide accurate medication and treatment administration

• Document and communicate care plans regularly

• Respond to changes in residents' health proactively

• Support resident-centered approaches in care delivery

Requirements:

• Active registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario

• Completion of CPR Heart Save Level certification

• Experience with the elderly and dementia advantageous

• Familiarity with long-term care policies is preferred

• Proficient in communication and documentation skills
