Key Responsibilities:

• Provide nursing care for life-threatening illness patients

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care needs

• Promote palliative philosophy to clients and families

• Document care using organizational standards

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams on designated committees

Requirements:

• Current RN registration with BCCNM

• Two years of recent acute care experience

• Experience in palliative care is an asset

• Knowledge of best practices for palliative patients

• Ability to perform necessary nursing interventions
