Location: Stratford
Bayshore Health Care is seeking Registered Practical Nurses to join our Stratford-area home health care team. This full-time role offers guaranteed hours, with 60 hours bi-weekly, and a 4-week ramp-up period from date of hire.
Shifts run 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, every other weekend and on-call. Education requirements include RN/LPN registration, CPR certification, and Ontario licensing. Bayshore emphasizes compassionate patient-centered care in clients’ homes.
