Huron Perth Healthcare Alliance is seeking a dedicated Registered Practical Nurse to support patient care within the Integrated Stroke Unit. You'll be actively involved in cardiac monitoring, taking on challenges and showcasing your problem-solving skills. This position requires a strong foundation in nursing, as well as excellent communication and assessment skills to ensure optimal patient health outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide patient care in the Integrated Stroke Unit

• Conduct comprehensive physical assessments and documentation

• Interpret telemetry and cardiac monitoring data

• Work collaboratively with healthcare team members

• Maintain up-to-date certifications and continue professional development

Requirements:

• Valid registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario

• Current Basic Life Support certification

• Recent ECG interpretation course completion

• Minimum two years clinical experience preferred

• Proven ability to work independently and within a team
