As a Permanent Full-Time Registered Practical Nurse, you will engage directly with a diverse client population and enhance community health. Key Responsibilities:

• Complete brief client histories and set up for visits

• Triage clients efficiently via phone or in person

• Assess minor illnesses using established protocols

• Perform clinical nursing duties and coordinate with providers

• Maintain accurate health records and update clinical notes

Requirements:

• Registered Practical Nurse with College of Nurses of Ontario

• Minimum 2 years of experience in primary/community care

• Competent in Microsoft Office and electronic health records

• Strong verbal and written English communication skills

• Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle required
