Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality nursing care focused on residents' well-being

• Administer prescribed medications safely and effectively

• Monitor health conditions and implement personalized care plans

• Support and train unregulated care workers within the team

• Maintain accurate documentation and communication with family and staff

Requirements:

• Current registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario

• Minimum of one year experience in Geriatric Nursing

• BCLS and Medication Administration Certificates

• Strong documentation and assessment skills

• Legal eligibility to work in Canada
