This rewarding role places you on the front lines of resident care, directly assisting seniors in their daily routines and overseeing health conditions. You will work closely with Registered Nurses and contribute to the continuous improvement of care practices and safety protocols.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide nursing and personal care in compliance with standards
• Administer treatments and medications under supervision
• Monitor health conditions and report any changes
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals for optimal resident care
• Assist in quality assurance and adherence to safety protocols
Requirements:
• Current Medication Administration Certificate
• Certificate from the College of Nurses of Ontario
• Previous experience in Long-Term Care preferred
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office and medical software
