Location: Stratford
Enhance palliative care delivery as a Clinical Resource Nurse in a full-time capacity. Work collaboratively to coordinate resources and ensure high-quality patient care in a hospice setting.
This position is ideal for an experienced nurse committed to improving palliative care through teamwork and collaboration. Your responsibilities will include supporting a clinical care team, implementing evidence-based practices, and conducting quality improvement evaluations. Flexibility is crucial due to the nature of on-call responsibilities essential for patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate resource coordination for palliative care
• Support ongoing education and knowledge sharing within the team
• Drive excellence in hospice care delivery
• Participate in quality and program evaluation initiatives
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements in care
Requirements:
• Valid RN registration from the College of Nurses of Ontario
• Minimum three years of palliative care experience
• Completion of fundamental palliative care education
• Safe Food Handling training willingness
• Current CPR certification required before orientation
