Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver compassionate nursing care to residents

• Prepare and administer medications according to standards

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized care plans

• Provide guidance and training to care workers

Requirements:

• Registered Practical Nurse with the College of Nurses of Ontario

• At least one year of experience in Geriatric Nursing

• Current BCLS and Medication Administration certificates

• Proven documentation and communication skills

• Eligibility to work legally in Canada
