Care Planning Nurse in Retirement Community

Elevate resident wellness at S&R Seniors Living as a Wellness and Care Planning Nurse. This part-time role emphasizes health management, community collaboration, and compassionate care.

Serving as a Registered Practical Nurse (RPN), you will work alongside the Director of Wellness to implement health goals and manage medication for residents. With three days a week on the roster, your efforts will ensure a safe and nurturing environment for all. Ideally, candidates will bring experience from nursing roles in similar settings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain resident wellness objectives

• Keep detailed health information updated for residents

• Assist during the Director of Wellness’s absence

• Facilitate connections with community services and physicians

• Uphold Health and Safety regulations throughout the facility

Requirements:

• Valid RPN credential with the College of Nurses

• 3-5 years nursing experience mandated

• Prior supervisory roles in healthcare environments

• Competent in MS Office, EMAR, and Med Ecare

• CPR and First Aid certifications required
