As part of a caring and dedicated team, you will carry out clinical duties including assessments, immunizations, and health educational outreach at Lancaster Medical.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assess patients and record vital signs accurately
• Triage patients both in person and via telephone
• Ensure exam rooms are ready and stocked for service
• Document health records in compliance with standards
• Collaborate with health care professionals on care plans
Requirements:
• Registration as an RPN with the College of Nurses
• 1-2 years of practice experience in various care settings
• Strong ability to communicate effectively
• Experience working with diverse communities
• Familiarity with health record systems and technology
