Reporting to the Director of Care, this Registered Nurse assesses, plans, implements, and evaluates resident care. The position includes medication administration, skilled procedures, documentation, and collaboration with residents or substitute decision makers. Nursing care follows provincial requirements, quality management standards, and Sienna Senior Living practices.

• Assess and plan resident needs and nursing care
• Administer medications and perform skilled procedures
• Document care according to required standards
• Develop and evaluate resident care goals
• Participate in interdisciplinary resident care conferences

• BScN, BN, or equivalent nursing education
• Current provincial Registered Nurse registration
• Knowledge of geriatric nursing care trends
• Effective verbal and written English communication
• Administrative, computer, interpersonal, and teamwork skills
