Lead the Quality Continuous Improvement initiatives at FGF Group, focusing on food safety and quality compliance in the bakery. Your expertise will drive improvements in standards and elevate overall product quality.
As a Quality Continuous Improvement Program Lead, you will collaborate closely with the Bakery Quality Manager and QA technicians to enhance compliance with GMP and quality requirements. You will actively participate in monitoring food safety programs, investigate quality incidents, and implement corrective actions. Your leadership will be essential in overseeing QA lab operations and ensuring that your team meets high standards consistently.
Key Responsibilities Oversee food safety and QA programs for the bakery
Investigate customer complaints and implement solutions
Monitor ingredient quality and process controls
Train staff in GMPs and food safety procedures
Conduct audits and self‑inspections for compliance
Requirements 5+ years in the food industry, preferably in bakery
Bachelor's degree in Food Science or related field
3+ years of experience in team supervision
Knowledge of HACCP and quality systems
Solid problem‑solving and communication skills
