Manufacturing Quality Control Co-op Student

Join Magellan Aerospace in Kitchener as a Manufacturing Quality Control Co-op Student starting Fall 2026. This role focuses on supporting quality assurance processes and improvements in aerospace manufacturing!

This position runs from September to December 2026, with a potential extension through August 2027. You will engage in tasks such as quality inspections, documentation, and collaboration with engineering and supply chain teams to resolve issues. Gain hands-on experience in a highly regulated environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain quality documentation including NCRs and inspection reports

• Generate quality performance metrics for management

• Report on supplier quality performance and corrective actions

• Collaborate across teams to resolve quality challenges

• Identify and implement process improvements

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field

• Experience with aerospace inspection techniques

• Skills in root cause analysis and CAPA implementation

• Strong documentation and communication skills

• Ability to read engineering drawings and usage of GD&T
