Take on an impactful role with Conestoga Meats as a Health Safety and Wellness Auditor. Focus on compliance, conduct audits, and enhance employee safety engagement in our pork processing plant.

In this pivotal position, you will report to the Health, Safety, and Wellness Manager, offering crucial support in compliance audits. Your responsibilities will include evaluating workplace conditions, identifying hazards, and ensuring adherence to all applicable health and safety regulations. You will play a key role in fostering a culture of safety while working closely with the team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute health and safety audits to determine compliance

• Identify risks, recommend corrective actions, and monitor progress

• Prepare reports detailing findings and risk assessments

• Support wellness initiatives and safety culture enhancement

• Engage with Team Members and distribute safety communications regularly

Requirements:

• Degree/diploma in a relevant field

• Familiarity with health and safety regulations

• Proven auditing experience in HSW programs

• Excellent organizational and communication abilities

• Strong commitment to achieving results and teamwork
