Sedgwick is looking for a Quality Assurance Specialist to evaluate internal and external case files for accuracy and compliance. This role requires a bachelor's degree and at least four years of investigative experience, emphasizing analytical skills and strong communication. You’ll collaborate with stakeholders to improve service efficiency while supporting our quality programs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assess case files for compliance and service level accuracy
• Identify trends to enhance service efficiency and quality
• Collaborate with stakeholders on data capture accuracy
• Compile audit results for management review
• Monitor project plans and action item logs
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree preferred from accredited institution
• Minimum of four years investigative experience required
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Strong analytical and interpretive skills
• Excellent organizational abilities and communication skills
