Performance Test Engineer – Load Runner
Work Model: Hybrid – 2 days per week in office
Primary Skill- Load Runner
We are seeking a Performance Test Engineer with strong hands-on experience in Load Runner to design, execute, and analyze performance tests for enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will have experience across different performance testing methodologies, protocols, performance analysis, and CI/CD integration.
Key Responsibilities- Analyze non-functional requirements and define performance testing strategies aligned with application objectives.
- Design, develop, and execute performance test scripts using Load Runner (VuGen, Controller, and Analysis).
- Create workload models and simulate real-world user load scenarios.
- Conduct Load, Stress, Spike, Endurance/Soak, Scalability, and Capacity testing.
- Develop performance test scripts for Web (HTTP/HTML), Web Services, REST/SOAP APIs, Tru Client
, and other supported protocols. - Execute performance tests and monitor application behavior under varying load conditions.
- Analyze test results and identify bottlenecks across application, database, middleware, and infrastructure layers.
- Collaborate with developers, DBAs, and infrastructure teams on performance tuning and optimization.
- Prepare performance test reports with findings, recommendations, and improvement plans.
- Implement performance test automation and integrate performance testing into CI/CD pipelines
