This senior position is crucial for enhancing Dialpad’s AI Voice Agent services. You will take ownership of automated testing processes, ensuring comprehensive coverage for critical features. Collaborating closely with the development team, you will foster an environment of quality and stability.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead end-to-end quality assurance for AI features
• Develop and implement automation frameworks
• Monitor and drive automation coverage of 80%+
• Conduct integration of AI quality checks in CI/CD
• Mentor teams on quality engineering practices
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years experience in software or SDET roles
• Demonstrated success in testing SaaS and APIs
• Solid coding capabilities related to AI technologies
• Familiarity with LLMs and non-deterministic systems
• Degree in Computer Science or equivalent
