Key Responsibilities:
• Manage supplier communications and quality performance reports
• Conduct investigations on product issues in the process
• Monitor and evaluate supplier performance against set standards
• Document and track all quality-related concerns efficiently
• Assist in audits and manage product returns within the system
Requirements:
• Enrolled in Quality Assurance Program
• Minimum Grade 12 education required
• Relevant experience is a plus
• Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to travel for supplier visits
