Health Care Researcher Hybrid

Join the Centre for Health Care Research & Innovation as a full-time Researcher. Lead applied research, secure funding, and analyze data in a collaborative hybrid setting.

This full-time position under the Centre for Health Care Research & Innovation involves supporting all phases of the research lifecycle. You will be responsible for proposal development, data collection and analysis, and knowledge dissemination while ensuring alignment with clinical practices. Candidates should be capable of working within Ontario and attending two days a week at Conestoga’s Doon campus while working remotely for three days.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support planning, implementation, and evaluation of research projects

• Seek and apply for new research funding opportunities

• Prepare knowledge translation products for external partners

• Establish qualitative and quantitative research procedures

• Engage with partners on applied research initiatives

Requirements:

• Master of Science degree in health care or related field

• Minimum five years of applied research experience

• Expertise in mixed-methods research design

• Proficient in NVivo, SPSS, and other software

• Strong communication skills for diverse audiences
