You will serve as the Archaeologist Permit Holder responsible for managing complex projects from planning to completion. With more than ten years of experience, your leadership will drive project success while ensuring compliance with archaeological legislation and enhancing team capabilities through guidance and training.
Key Responsibilities:
• Mentor junior and intermediate archaeological staff
• Manage project budgets, schedules, and client communications
• Lead archaeological assessments and mitigation plans
• Analyze cultural data for project evaluations
• Build positive relationships with Indigenous groups
Requirements:
• Master’s degree in Archaeology or Anthropology preferred
• Over ten years of experience in archaeology consulting
• Excellent project management and mentoring abilities
• Permit holder in relevant jurisdictions is preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
