Be a vital resource at Premier Equipment as a Parts Consultant, supporting farmers and crews with their agricultural needs. Work at Ontario’s largest full-service John Deere dealership and ensure seamless operations.
In this position, you’ll utilize your parts knowledge to assist both customers and our service team in finding the right parts essential for smooth operations. Your responsibilities will include managing inventory, maintaining showroom displays, and ensuring timely parts orders. Customer satisfaction will be your priority as you provide knowledgeable recommendations and support.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage counter sales to ensure customer satisfaction
• Curate attractive showroom displays
• Promote and arrange parts effectively for customers
• Verify, stock, and order necessary parts
• Complete other tasks as assigned by the Parts Manager
Requirements:
• 1-3 years experience in parts or customer service
• Ability to identify parts using catalogs and software
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Experience with computers and a customer focus
• Capacity to thrive in a team environment under pressure
