You will support the Farm & Home Store team in delivering outstanding customer experiences and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. This hands‑on role offers a unique opportunity to work at the heart of Kerry Agribusiness, where retail meets agriculture. Your responsibilities will include:

• Safely managing goods through manual handling and forklift operation
• Keeping the store environment clean, organised, and welcoming
• Championing Health and Safety standards across all store activities
• Monitoring and managing stock levels to ensure product availability
• Engaging with customers to provide expert advice and friendly service
• Handling cash transactions with accuracy and professionalism
• Processing sales dockets and supporting order placement workflows
• Coordinating product deliveries and preparing items for dispatch
• Loading and unloading delivery trucks with care and efficiency

• Studying Agricultural Science or a related discipline
• Results‑oriented
• Motivated self‑starter with the determination and drive to succeed
• Exceptional communication skills
• Strong ability to work well in a team and independently
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office – Word, PowerPoint, Excel
• Good organizational and time management skills
