Enhance customer experiences as a Key Lead with Abercrombie & Fitch Co. in a dynamic retail environment. Oversee floor operations, coach staff, and drive sales daily.
In this leadership role, you’ll ensure high-quality service as the Floor Supervisor. With a strong customer focus, you’ll support Brand Representatives and Stock Associates while fostering effective store operations. Your responsibilities include various tasks, from managing inventory control to fulfilling OMNI Channel orders, all while exemplifying the company values.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform opening and closing routines efficiently
• Operate Register/Point of Sale systems accurately
• Analyze reports to inform decision-making
• Demonstrate product knowledge to drive sales
• Maintain and build visual merchandise displays
Requirements:
• High School Diploma or G.E.D. preferred
• At least 1 year of retail experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• High energy and assertiveness in tasks
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail
