Become a vital asset at Premier Equipment as a Parts Consultant, where your expertise in agricultural equipment will ensure customers receive timely support. Help keep their parts well-stocked and organized at Ontario's largest John Deere dealership.
In this customer-facing role, you'll guide service teams and customers in effectively locating and securing parts. You will be essential in maintaining inventory accuracy and showcasing products in an attractive showroom, ultimately enhancing our customer experience and dealership reputation. Stand out by providing thorough assistance throughout the process.
Key Responsibilities:
• Focus on counter sales to boost customer satisfaction
• Keep showroom displays attractive and relevant
• Promote various parts and accessories to customers
• Verify, stock, and assist in ordering parts
• Handle other tasks from the Parts Manager as needed
Requirements:
• 1-3 years in parts or customer service roles
• Effective in recognizing parts through catalogs and systems
• Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills
• Comfortable with technology and basic math
• Experience in a fast-paced team environment
