Create an inspiring store environment: visual merchandising, product presentation, and in-store experiences that reflect the brand’s ethos.
Recruit, onboard and retain top talent; run regular coaching, performance reviews and career conversations.
Manage operational excellence: inventory control, labour scheduling, health & safety, and compliance.
Activate local marketing and community partnerships to build brand awareness and drive traffic.
Use data and daily reporting to set priorities, motivate the team, and refine in-store tactics.
Requirements
A proven retail leader with success managing multi-discipline teams (beauty, lifestyle, or fashion preferred).
Strong commercial mindset and experience meeting sales targets while protecting margin.
Exceptional people skills — a natural coach who develops serious talent and builds high-trust teams.
Comfortable with hands-on operations in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and organizational ability; comfortable using POS and reporting tools.
A passion for beauty, personal care, and product storytelling that inspires customers.
