Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily retail operations and team performance

• Lead in the absence of Store Manager or Assistant Manager

• Deliver cannabis products promptly and safely within a 45-minute window

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the delivery vehicle

• Handle customer complaints and ensure compliance with policies

Requirements:

• High school diploma; retail or cannabis experience preferred

• Valid driver's license and safe driving record

• Minimum 2 years retail work experience required

• Current Sell Safe certification for retail cannabis in Alberta

• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
