Part-time Sales Associate

Purpose :

Facilitate a friendly quality experience for our customers while executing Primary Responsibilities

Store Manager and/or Manager on Duty

Necessary characteristics include honesty, politeness, helpfulness, integrity and confidence. Must be comfortable with computers, be capable of the physical requirements of the role and comfortable interacting with the public.

Retail 0-1 Yr

• Assist Customers
• Respond to customer requests politely and find effective solutions
• Involve proper personnel depending on the assistance requested
• Ensure responses and solutions provided are in line with the company's guidelines
• Request assistance when de-escalating volatile situations
• Execute Necessary Store Tasks
• Put merchandise on the sales floor in a clean, safe and appealing manner
• Assist management and other team members with tasks
• Request assistance while attempting to prevent theft
• Efficiently and accurately process transactions at the till
• Promote an inviting store culture for customers and employees
• Ensure the store is clean and crisp at all times
• Complete tasks in a safe manner
• Maintain a positive attitude when faced with challenging situations
• Provide support to other team members when needed
• Display professionalism in accordance with company guidelines

Saturday and Sunday required with some days and evenings for weekdays.
