Seasonal Retail Merchandiser Waterloo

Join The Hillman Group as a seasonal Retail Merchandiser in Kitchener-Waterloo, Ontario, providing hands-on service to Big Box retailers. Stock displays, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction with your teamwork skills.

This temporary position offers 20-32 hours per week and requires your own vehicle and valid driver's license. You'll be responsible for merchandising H. Paulin brand products, sorting inventory, and maintaining store housekeeping. The role focuses on effective communication between stores and headquarters, ensuring optimal display and stock levels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit assigned stores weekly for merchandising tasks

• Prepare and process orders using company tools

• Communicate issues to store representatives

• Act as liaison between stores and head office

• Adhere to safety guidelines and maintain a safe workspace

Requirements:

• 1-3 years in retail vendor or big box experience

• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and Outlook

• Strong problem-solving and communication skills

• Must lift 30-40 pounds regularly

• Display urgency and teamwork in duties
