Beauty Advisor - Sally Beauty - 5507 role at Sally Beauty. The Sales Associate/Beauty Advisor focuses on creating a memorable shopping experience for our customers and supports hair, cosmetics, skin care, and nails products. Sally Beauty provides training to help you advise customers on their beauty journey and encourages passion and personality.

• Build relationships and inspire loyalty.
• Recommend additional and complimentary products.
• Inform customers of current promotions and events.
• Set up advertising displays and arrange merchandise to highlight sales and promotional events.
• Ensure customers are informed about and enrolled in the Loyalty program.
• Complete transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a professional store environment and communicate inventory issues.
• Demonstrate Sally Beauty Culture Values.
• Support a variety of working schedules to suit needs.

• Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs., occasionally while on a ladder, with or without accommodation.
• May be exposed to fumes and odors on occasion.

The position requires long periods of standing, walking, bending, crouching, stooping, reaching, and lifting of moderately heavy items. The role involves working around moving parts, carts, or machines, and may include exposure to irritant chemicals.
