Harmony Jewelry Multi-Store Manager

Join Harmony Jewelry & Co. as District Manager and lead retail excellence in Southwestern Ontario. This full-time position focuses on store oversight, sales performance, and talent development within a growing, women-led business.

As the District Manager, you will report directly to the co-owners while overseeing operations across five distinct retail locations. Your responsibilities will include managing Store Managers, ensuring consistent performance, and motivating teams to deliver excellent customer service. Regular in-store presence will allow you to assess standards and implement improvements while dedicating additional time to planning and strategic analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise five store operations and management teams

• Drive district sales through KPI monitoring

• Conduct store visits for performance reviews

• Develop aspiring leaders and manage team development

• Safeguard customer experience and knowledge

Requirements:

• 3-5+ years of experience in retail leadership

• Proven capability in performance management

• Strong analytical and decision-making skills

• Excellent communication abilities

• Valid Ontario driver's license and flexibility for travel
