The Production Preparation Associate is responsible for providing world-class customer service and processing donated goods while ensuring a Healthy and Safe working environment. As a Production Preparation Associate, you will be supporting the environment through reuse and recycling of donated goods.

• Provide world-class customer service by helping customers, answering questions, and sharing your passion for our mission when greeting donors.
• Sort donations into Goodwill's categories for processing
• Maintain accurate daily counts of donors
• Maintain acceptable product standards.
• Follow Goodwill’s Policies and Health & Safety guidelines.
• Contribute to teamwork with added activities
• Help to keep the donor area look clean, organized and safe
