This role supports the Store Management Team through various operational tasks crucial for a successful seasonal store. Your responsibilities will include generating sales, assisting customers, maintaining cleanliness, and handling products. Prepare for physical demands, such as lifting up to 50 pounds and standing for extended hours.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contribute to the setup and breakdown of the seasonal store

• Uphold guest service standards set by the company

• Promote sales through effective merchandising

• Maintain the store’s cleanliness and signage

• Assist with POS operations and reduce theft/loss

Requirements:

• Must be at least 16 years old

• Ability to lift/move up to 50 pounds

• Stand/walk for at least 8-hour shifts

• Follow operational guidelines of the consignment operator

• Previous experience in a retail setting is preferred
