As an Assistant Store Manager, you will work under the Store Manager to ensure smooth store operations. Your responsibilities will include managing guest services, overseeing inventory control, and implementing merchandising strategies. You will also guide staff in improving customer engagement while monitoring expenses and shrinkage.
Key Responsibilities:
• Establish and maintain excellent guest services
• Support Store Manager in daily operations
• Manage inventory and control shrinkage
• Develop and train store staff effectively
• Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures
Requirements:
• Minimum 18 years old
• Required prior retail or management experience
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Capable of standing and walking for over 8 hours
• Willingness to work up to 38 hours per week
