Serve Zehrs customers through accurate e-commerce order fulfillment, product selection, and courteous assistance. This customer-focused position requires attention to detail and independent work.
Personal Shoppers fulfill customer e-commerce orders efficiently, accurately, and thoughtfully. You will create personalized shopping experiences by selecting quality products, processing transactions, and addressing customer questions. Training is provided, so previous experience is not required for this opportunity.
Key Responsibilities:- Fill customer orders accurately with quality products
- Provide assistance with general customer questions
- Scan products and process customer transactions
- Contact customers about accuracy or product substitutions
- Maintain a positive shopping environment
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Resourceful, courteous approach to customer questions
- Motivation to learn new things
- Flexibility for days, evenings, nights, and weekends
- Ability to move up to 50 pounds throughout shifts
