As a Walmart Canada Consumables Associate, you will help move merchandise from the backroom to the salesfloor. You will greet customers, locate products, support purchase decisions, and resolve concerns appropriately. The position also includes stocking, rotating goods, maintaining displays, and completing documentation.
Key Responsibilities:- Greet customers politely and provide friendly assistance
- Locate merchandise and promote products or services
- Resolve customer issues and refer concerns to management
- Stock, rotate, price, and sign merchandise
- Process claims, returns, paperwork, logs, and documentation
- Must be 16 years of age or older
- Ability to assist customers with shopping needs
- Ability to maintain a safe, clean work environment
- Ability to use equipment appropriately
- Ability to follow Company policies and procedures
