Use specialized electronics knowledge to support Walmart customers in Pembroke, Ontario, where customer service takes priority over tasks. Recommend products, answer questions, and drive sales across the department.
As a Department Specialized Associate, you will provide product information, retrieve merchandise from locked cabinets, and assist customers with sales. You will also complete floor associate work, including Deep Zone, CAP/Viz Pick, PinPoint, price changes, feature to home, zoning, and modular completion. The position includes promoting Walmart programs and supporting complex in-store product launches. Training and advising other store areas may be required.
Key Responsibilities:- Prioritize customer service during every customer interaction
- Provide product information and answer electronics questions
- Recommend and retrieve products from locked cabinets
- Complete CAP/Viz Pick, PinPoint, zoning, and price changes
- Promote Walmart programs and support product launches
- Be at least 16 years old
- Specialized product knowledge in electronics
- Ability to complete standard floor associate work
- Ability to set and complete modulars
- Ability to train or advise other store areas
