Support click and collect customers at GSF Car Parts while maximising sales, fulfilling parts orders, and resolving customer queries. Weekend working is included.
This Casual Retail Assistant position supports general orders, product promotions, returns, and customer relationships. You will pick relevant parts from the warehouse, assist the sales team, and work towards branch, personal, and relevant KPI targets. The role covers sickness and annual leave on a casual basis.
Key Responsibilities:- Fulfil click and collect and general customer orders
- Maximise sales through product promotions
- Pick relevant parts from warehouse locations
- Satisfy customer needs regarding orders and returns
- Work towards personal and branch performance targets
- Customer-facing sales or retail experience
- Positive approach to resolving customer queries
- Target-driven and motivated to achieve results
- Ability to work well with others
- Knowledge of MAM, Allicat, or MS Office desirable
