Customer Support Advisor Ayr

This Customer Support Advisor position focuses on selling parts and services while supporting new and existing customers after sales. You will prospect accounts, conduct customer visits, and maintain communication that resolves issues and strengthens loyalty. The work combines territory planning, sales reporting, customer records, and coordination with parts and management teams.

• Prospect and cold call accounts to promote products and incentives
• Visit customers daily to increase parts and service revenue
• Maintain customer communication, records, quotes, and opportunity notes
• Execute annual territory plans and update target lists
• Follow up on complaints and communicate resolutions to managers

• Previous sales experience within the industry
• Valid driver’s license and clean driver’s abstract
• Ability to travel and work flexible hours
• Strong customer relationship-building and time management skills
• Parts or heavy equipment journeyperson ticket considered an asset
