Broadband Territory Sales Consultant

Turn neighborhood conversations into broadband growth for Xplore Inc., combining persuasive sales skills with strong knowledge of telecommunications and customer needs.

This Field Sales and Marketing Representative role focuses on residential customers within a designated territory. You will build rapport through face-to-face interactions, identify prospects, and tailor Xplore solutions using product knowledge. The hybrid position reports to a Team Manager and supports assigned sales targets.

• Identify potential customers through door-to-door territory outreach
• Generate leads and convert prospects into revenue opportunities
• Translate product knowledge into tailored customer solutions
• Report field intelligence and competitive information to management
• Maintain pipeline and interaction records in designated systems

• One to three years of sales or marketing experience is an asset
• Outgoing, confident, and persuasive customer communication style
• Ability to establish rapport during face-to-face interactions
• Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 and web-based technologies
• Ability to travel during assigned schedules
