UPS Client Solutions Executive

Build UPS revenue by understanding customer needs, resolving claims, and sharing market intelligence. Work weekdays in Guelph or Kitchener with flexibility for business requirements.

This Account Executive position focuses on business development for small to medium-sized accounts, with large-account management when logistical reasons require. You will identify opportunities, maintain client relationships, and ensure customer satisfaction. Your communication with the Area Sales Manager will include competitive insights, market trends, and customer feedback.

• Visit customers and conduct proactive business outreach
• Identify opportunities and increase account revenue
• Manage follow-up from inquiries and internal referrals
• Resolve claims while ensuring customer satisfaction
• Share customer needs and competitive insights

• Post-secondary education or minimum three years related experience
• Microsoft Office skills, including Excel and Outlook
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Capacity to manage multiple tasks and heavy workloads
• Customer service orientation and strong time management
