Generate qualified private club opportunities remotely across Canada using outbound prospecting, inbound lead management, and strategic multi-channel outreach. Build conversations with industry decision-makers.
As a Business Development Representative with Jonas Club Division, you will create meaningful engagement with private club prospects. Your work supports pipeline health through discovery-led conversations, qualification, and collaboration. Use Salesforce, Sales Loft, Zoom Info, and Linked In Sales Navigator while representing Jonas Club’s value.
Key Responsibilities:- Introduce Jonas Club through strategic multi-channel outreach
- Build qualified pipelines through outbound and inbound engagement
- Identify private club decision-makers and operational influencers
- Conduct discovery conversations and document insights in Salesforce
- Schedule qualified meetings with key stakeholders
- One or more years in business development or outbound sales
- Experience engaging senior stakeholders across multiple outreach channels
- Strong communication and storytelling skills
- Experience with Salesforce and sales enablement platforms
- Curiosity about private club industry challenges
