Sales Representative

We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Sales Representative to support sales activities, build customer relationships, and promote the company's products or services. The successful candidate will communicate with prospective and existing customers, identify their needs, provide relevant product information, and contribute to the achievement of sales objectives.

• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products or services.

• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
• Assist with preparing sales proposals, quotations, and other sales-related documents.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and follow-up tasks.
• Identify potential sales opportunities and support lead generation activities.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
• Address basic customer questions and coordinate with relevant departments to resolve issues.

• A high school diploma or equivalent education is preferred.
• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or business development is an asset but not required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Good interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple customer inquiries and follow-up activities.
