Your role directly supports the Loss Prevention team and requires strong communication, organizational skills, and a customer-centric approach.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate surveys while ensuring bio-security adherence

• Upload survey data into loss prevention software

• Develop and send letters of recommendation to Policyholders

• Support Loss Prevention team with administrative tasks

• Ensure building maintenance via vendor coordination

Requirements:

• Post-secondary education in a business-related program

• Working towards CIP or CRM is an asset

• Knowledge of building construction or related hazards

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Proficient in Guidewire software is a plus
