Experienced Tactical Security Guard

Position: Experienced Tactical Security Guard Needed
Become a Tactical Security Guard with Securiguard Services LTD in the Kitchener-Waterloo and Guelph region.

Your role will focus on upholding safety and providing excellent customer interactions at retail environments.

Securiguard Services LTD is looking for individuals with security experience to protect patrons and maintain order in retail locations. The ideal candidate will hold a minimum of one year in the security field, have a valid Ontario Security License, and possess strong crowd management skills. Your understanding of security laws and ability to handle high-pressure situations will be vital in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough patrols of retail areas

• Provide outstanding service to customers

• Create and submit daily security reports

• Address conflicts and ensure crowd safety

• Operate two-way radios for effective communication

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of security experience

• Valid First Aid & CPR certification

• Knowledge of the Criminal Code and security laws

• Strong conflict resolution capabilities

• Ready to stand and patrol for extensive hours
