You will conduct home visits to assess situations, monitor developments, and link families to essential services like healthcare and education. This role emphasizes cultural sensitivity and advocacy for children's voices and rights.
Key Responsibilities:
• Represent families at risk in child welfare
• Offer guidance through complex welfare systems
• Assess family environments during home visits
• Connect families with vital service resources
• Maintain confidentiality and accurate documentation
Requirements:
• Social Work degree or related field preferred
• 2 years of relevant experience considered
• Understanding of local programs and community services
• Excellent communication and advocacy skills
• Problem-solving and conflict resolution capabilities
Support children's well-being and empower families through effective advocacy and cultural relevance.
